Not a Lift: SeaPen is a dry dock, not a boat lift, and the boat never gets lifted out of the water. We remove the water away from the boat.

Dock-Friendly: Simply ties to the dock, just like you tie up your boat.
Protects Existing Structure: Adds no extra stress to docks or pilings, ensuring integrity of existing setup.
Simple Power Requirements: Standard 110 power.
Not Permanent: This is not a permanent fixture; it can be moved or removed as needed since it is just tied up to the dock like your boat.
